Five lines every proposal should show
A good travel proposal fits on a page. Before you pay, look for five things.
- The full price, in one currency, for everyone travelling.
- What is included, listed plainly: nights, meals, transfers, flights, activities.
- What is not included. This is where surprises hide: resort fees, local taxes, travel insurance, visas.
- Payment dates. How much is due, and when.
- Cancellation terms, in writing, for each part of the trip.
If any of these is missing, ask. A clear answer is quick to give.
We write proposals this way because trust is easier to keep than to rebuild. You see the whole plan before you decide. If something changes, we tell you first.
Ask us anything before you commit. You will get a straight answer.
